New Online Bill Pay

If you choose to sign up for the e-billing, it will not be available until next billing cycle, which will be at the end of November.
If you have any problems setting up your account and paying your bill, please call us at 918-756-4060, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

The City of Okmulgee is switching to a new online payment service for water utility bills and court citations. This service is offered through PSN (Payment Service Network). 

Paying online is:

  • Easy- all you need is a computer or mobile device 
  • Fast – user-friendly system speeds up the payment process
  • Secure – encryption technology keeps your information safe

The City Online Bill Pay accepts credit (Visa, MasterCard or Discover), e-checks & PayPal as forms of payment. The Online Bill Pay service is available 24/7. It’s a convenient, fast and secure way to pay your City of Okmulgee Utility Bill or Court Citation. 

All the information you need to create your account is located on your utility bill. For all court citations you must contact the Court Clerk’s Office at (918) 758-1185 to get the Case Number and the correct amount of the fine. 

By registering for our payment service, you can:

  • Make payments in 3, quick steps
  • View electronic payment history
  • Paperless billing
  • View balance due
  • Manage multiple billing accounts
  • Set up Auto-Pay, recurring payments
  • Save payment methods
  • And more

Visit the City’s website scroll down and click Bill Pay. Select which type of payment you wish to process and follow the onscreen prompts to securely pay your bills online. There is a $1 fee for all payment methods except E-Checks which is free.
